Refund policy

Editable digital products cannot be returned the way physical goods can — once downloaded, the product has been delivered in full. The policy reflects that honestly, in both directions.

Before you download

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase for any order whose files have not been downloaded. Email hello@mizan.work from the address used at checkout with your order number.

After you download

Downloaded orders are not refundable. What we commit to instead:

• Broken or missing files are fixed. If a kit does not match its product description — a missing workbook, a corrupted deck — we repair or replace it promptly.
• Honest descriptions. Slide counts, contents and formats are stated on every product page precisely so you can judge before buying. If a description proves inaccurate, that is our fault and we will make it right, refund included.

Wrong purchase

Bought the same course twice, or picked the wrong license tier? Contact us — duplicates are refunded and tier differences are settled by paying or refunding the difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
