Yes. Freelance trainers and consultancies can charge clients for delivering courses built on MIZAN materials under a Single Trainer license. What you cannot do is hand the editable source files over to the client — deliverables to delegates (printed workbooks, handouts, certificates) are always fine.

Every kit includes an online delivery guide for running the course live over Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar platforms. The license explicitly covers live virtual delivery; the SCORM edition covers self-paced delivery through your LMS.
Yes — within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the files. Because these are editable digital products, downloads are not refundable; if something in a kit is broken or missing, we fix it. The refund policy has the details.
