Overview
A half-day course covering what a growth mindset is, how to develop one, and how to encourage it in others. Sessions move from the science of learning through fixed-mindset triggers and self-talk to a closing action plan with SMART goals. Practical steps to adopt a growth mindset, identifying personal fixed-mindset triggers, turning limiting statements around, and tips for maintaining the change.
Viewing people through new lenses and helping others shift their mindset, practised through worked scenarios.
Participants review their current habits and build a personal action plan with SMART goals to carry the learning beyond the session.
